Additional Information Following the end of the Maverick Wars, X created Neo Arcadia, a paradise where humans and reploids could coexist. Together with Zero, X then helped bring an end to the devastating conflict known as the Elf Wars. However, in the aftermath of the Elf wars, X disappeared. With only a handful of people in Neo Arcadia knowing the truth, and not wishing to risk panic by announcing X's disappearance, a clone of X - Copy X - was created to continue leading Neo Arcadia and its citizens.
Despite being an identical copy to X, he was never subjected to the same degree of systems testing as his original. Furthermore, having never lived through the same experiences, such as the Maverick and Elf Wars, Copy X developed a naive and authoritarian take on Dr. Light's dream of coexistence between humans and reploids, as he believed Reploids should serve and protect the humans living in Neo Arcadia. Any Reploid that stepped out of line, even for the smallest infractions, was terminated.
Just like X, Copy X is capable of combat, utilising the same types of weapons and features, including the ability to absorb weapon functions, and adopt armors to increase his powers. Whereas X's armors were more utilitarian in design and function, Copy X uses an armor that reflects how he views himself - a divine hero bringing peace, order and justice, standing above all others.
