Additional Information Gundam Throne Drei is the third of the Throne GN-powered mobile suits belonging to Team Trinity, a secret mobile suit team within the private military organization, Celestial Being.
Unlike Thrones Eins and Zwei, Throne Drei is only equipped with a forearm mounted GN handgun and two beam sabers. The strength of the Drei is in its support capabilities. For one, it is equipped with a shield pod that has slots either for missles, or parts or equipment to support its fellow Thrones. Of the three Thrones, Drei has the largest GN particle capacity. It can release these particles over a wide area creating a GN stealth field to jam radar and communications. Another feature is that together with Throne Zwei, it can link with Throne Eins and supply GN particles to power the Eins' GN High-Mega Launcher to decimate entire forces.
Just like the other Gundam Thrones, it does not use an original GN drive, but rather a GN Drive Tau, generating distinct red GN particles. As the construction method of the original GN drives are a closely kept secret, the GN Drive Tau is inferior due to its lower particle output, and inability to perpetually generate GN particles. As a result, it has a limited operation time and must be recharged after each mission.
Throne Drei takes on a support role on the battlefield. In combat, it will usually remain in the rear and disrupt enemy communications with its GN stealth field, or supply extra GN particles to its sibling Throne units.
