Additional Information The Gundam Throne Eins is the first of the GN-powered Throne mobile suits of Team Trinity, a secret mobile suit team of Celestial Being that takes a more aggressive approach with its armed interventions in order to eradicate war.
While equipped with a pair of beam sabers like its sibling Thrones Zwei and Drei, Throne Eins focuses on heavy firepower. It is equipped with a beam rifle, used for mid ranged combat and capable of rapid fire. In addition, the rifle is also loaded with smoke rounds for times it has to retreat. However, its primary weapon is its shoulder mounted GN Launcher. Though its firepower is already considerable, the barrel can unfold for increased output. Greater firepower can be achieved when supplied with GN particles from Thrones Zwei and Drei. This transfer is done by the ports on Throne Eins' back, and its sibling Thrones use their own supply cables to transfer GN particles directly. The Launcher's barrel then connects with the beam rifle for increased stability. When one Throne unit is docked with Eins, the configuration is known as the GN Mega Launcher, and when both Thrones are docked with Eins, the configuration is known as the GN High-Mega Launcher.
For defensive measures, Throne Eins is equipped with a shoulder mounted shield. Using GN particles can increase its defensive properties, but the drawback is that these particles must be diverted from weapons.Unlike the Ptolemaios Gundams, Throne Eins is powered by a GN Drive Tau that generates distinct red GN particles. Lacking key components to perpetually generate GN particles, it uses electricity instead. Consequently, it means that Eins has a limited amount of GN particles for a mission before it has to recharge at base. While the red GN particles emitted are generally safe, they produce toxic effects when used in beam weaponry that hinder cell regeneration treatment.
Operating together with Thrones Zwei and Drei, Throne Eins plays the role of fire support. It will use its GN Launcher and beam rifle to attack units from afar. When greater firepower is needed, it can receive extra GN Particles from its sibling Throne units.
