Additional Information The end of the world looms near, seen in many forms by dreamseers and prophets. However, no matter the case, one character remains dominant in these visions. A mysterious boy, with the power of the dark forces, whose destiny is to decide the outcome of the world's future - Kamui.
Kamui is seen as an anti-social 15 year old boy that doesn't wish to involve himself with anyone, especially his childhood friends Kotori and Fuma Monou. However, it's clear that this is just a mask to hide his true feelings, fearing that getting close to them will put his friends in greater danger as a result of his destiny
Having the power to decide the world's future is something that Kamui doesn't seem to want being placed on his shoulders. But as the 'promised day' gets closer, he will soon have to make a choice of who to side with: The Seven Seals or the Seven Harbingers - to save or to destroy the world.
Being the one who decides the future of the world, the name Kamui has two possible meanings. From the word Kami meaning God, and I meaning authority - it can mean 'he who represents the authority of God'; or it can also mean 'he who hunts down the authority of God'.
