Additional Information After the great amnesia struck Paradigm City, wiping everybody's memories of everything prior to 40 years ago, the military police are unable to keep up with criminal activity inside and outside the domed cities. To help reduce the crime rate, negotiators are used to mediate between parties. Enter Roger Smith, Paradigm City's top negotiator.
Suave and sophisticated, there's no job too big or too small that Roger Smith cannot handle, thanks to not only to his smooth words, but also a wide variety of non-lethal gadgets that are at his disposal. For those few jobs that can't be solved by words alone, he has a rather interesting ace up his sleeve that no other negotiator does - a black Megadeus known as the Big O.
However, as each day goes by, he finds his role in Paradigm city slowly changing from a negotiator who remains neutral, in to something of a private investigator, trying to find the truth of what really happened all those years ago. However, he'll realise that just like nightmares, memories will unexpectedly appear out of nowhere, and that Roger is not immune from what those memories hold for him.
