He has teamed up with former ISSP officer Jet Black and together, they search the Solar System for high-priced bounties. But despite Spike's experience as a former criminal gangster, and his partner's experience with the police, luck goes against the both of them, as their bounties tend to end up dead before they can capture them.
However, like the other members of the Bebop crew, Spike has a hidden secret, a life that he no longer wants a part of - A previous life that involved the powerful Red Dragon criminal syndicate, a former friend, and a woman that he had fallen in love with.
